Books
Due to the nature of books and publishing products, all book purchases are final.
Books are not eligible for return or refund, except in the following cases:
- Wrong book delivered
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
Other Products
Returns are accepted only if:
- Incorrect product has been delivered.
- Product arrives damaged during transit.
- Product has a manufacturing defect.
Reporting an Issue
Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Method
BookDuku does not provide cash refunds.
Approved refunds will be issued only as Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases on BookDuku.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Books (unless damaged or incorrect)
- Gift Cards
- Digital Products
- Personalised Products
- Clearance Items
Return Approval
Returns without prior approval from BookDuku will not be accepted.
BookDuku reserves the final right to approve or reject return requests after reviewing the submitted evidence.
